Bio Based Polymers

Our strategy is the development of innovative  and  bio-based  molecules  from renewable  resources. This is achieved by ensuring that optimal value creation is realised, no waste is produced (closed loops) and the lowest energy input is achieved.  Today we are able to convert some biomass into very  high values  molecules.

Monomers that are isolated from renewable raw materials such as biomass can have the same characteristics as current petroleum-based monomer.

Our process produces the BTEX who are the building blocks of polyesters, polyurethanes, polycarbonates, polystyrene, nylon and more.

 

Clothing, packaging, electronics, building materials, cars all contain a significant amount of molecules
